Katherine’s career in real estate has been anything but one-dimensional. Starting out on reception, she quickly moved into property management, where she was managing a portfolio within 18 months. From there, her career evolved across marketing, office management, executive support, and sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the people and the processes behind a successful agency. A brief move outside the industry only reinforced what she already knew, that real estate was where she wanted to be.

Her breadth of experience gives Katherine a practical understanding of what keeps a campaign moving. She communicates openly, meets deadlines and remains composed when pressure or conflict arises. Genuine and honest, she makes people feel heard and respected while keeping the team focused on the outcome.At WHITEFOX Paddington, Katherine supports the sales team through considered organisation, clear communication and close attention to every moving part. She thrives on the pace and competitive edge of sales, bringing the discipline behind smooth execution and the personable energy that builds lasting relationships.

Katherine’s day often begins at 4:30am with the gym and a coffee, and ends with a good book or with her mum and pet dog. Weekends are reserved for meal preparation for the week ahead, quality time with family and dinner with friends, preferably sushi, with a glass of Pinot Noir when there is something worth celebrating.
