Keenin Whitcher

Starting out as a builder, before going on to run his own vehicle reselling business and a successful personal training business, Keenin’s background has shaped the way he approaches real estate today. Together, these experiences have given him a strong foundation for a career built around property and people. 

Keenin began his real estate career in the luxury market of Ponsonby, Auckland, working alongside one of New Zealand’s top-performing agents. He quickly established himself within the high-value residential market, with his first transactions coming just a few months into his career at $4.45 million, $3.95 million and $7.29 million. During his time in Auckland, he was involved in more than 45 property sales, with an average sale price of $3.05 million. After relocating to Australia, Keenin continued his career on the Gold Coast, joining a leading local team and gaining further experience across the luxury residential market. He has since been involved in 12 sales with an average sale price of $5.42 million, personally transacted $24.59 million in buyer-side sales and contributed to the sale of premium properties valued up to $20 million. 

While the numbers speak to his experience, Keenin’s approach is centred on understanding people, identifying their needs and circumstances, and providing tailored solutions to achieve the right outcome. Whether helping secure the right buyer, guiding a vendor through the sales process or working behind the scenes to bring a deal together, Keenin believes the best outcomes are the ones where everyone walks away happy.
