With four years in real estate and an average of 60 to 80 deals a year, Nick Eres brings serious momentum to WHITEFOX Northside. Starting his career at a local Moonee Valley agency, he has consistently raised the bar, building a reputation for sharp negotiation, straight communication and an uncompromising approach to maximising every result.

For Nick, real estate is about more than the transaction. Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest milestones, and he believes the experience should feel comfortable, exciting and genuinely enjoyable. His ability to put buyers and vendors at ease, while keeping every campaign firmly focused on the best possible outcome, is what sets him apart. At the end of every deal, Nick wants his clients to put their heads on the pillow, close their eyes and know he has done absolutely everything possible to maximise their sale price in the marketplace.

Intensity does not switch off when Nick leaves the office. It simply moves to the sidelines. Proudly Croatian and big on sport, he splits his loyalty between Liverpool and Essendon, while giving back by coaching soccer and goalkeeping in the local community. The rest of his time belongs to his partner, Chloe, together since university, and the close circle of family and friends who keep life full. His rituals are equally specific: a latte with honey to start the day, and a Jameson and Coke when a great result calls for dinner and a drink.
